Active Ingredients
Each mL contains Iron (as Iron Dextran) 150mg.
Indications
Antianemic drugs. For the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia in foal, calf, piglet, puppy and furry animals.
Dosage and Administration
Intramuscular injection: A single dose, foal and calf, 1.33-4mL; piglet, 0.67-1.33mL; puppy, 0.13-1.33mL; fox, 0.33-1.33mL; mink, 0.2-0.67mL.
Cautions
*The dose of intramuscular injection should be strictly controlled.
*Intramuscular injection can cause local pain, deep intramuscular injection should be performed.
*Staining of the ham muscle may be caused after injected intramuscularly into piglets beyond 4 weeks of age.
*Protect from freezing, and precipitation may be formed during long-term storage.
*Iron salts can react with many chemicals or drugs, so they should not be administered in combination with other drugs.
