Details description
Active Ingredients:
Each g contains Doxycycline hyclate 500 mg.
Pharmacology
Tetracycline antibiotics. Doxycycline can interfere tRNA and mRNA forming ribosome complex by binding to the receptor of 30S subunit reversibly, inhibit bacteria protein synthesis by inhibiting prolonging of peptide chains, thus inhibit growth and reproduction of bacteria rapidly. Doxycycline is active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative. The bacteria are cross-resistant to doxycycline and oxytetracycline.
The absorption is rapid after oral administration, and less affected by food. It has high bioavailability, good tissue penetration and widespread distribution. Time of effective serum concentration is long. The protein binding ratio is 93% in swine.
