Classical Swine Fever Vaccine, Live(Cell Line Origin)

[Ingredients and Concentration]
The product is prepared by inoculating susceptible cells with lapinized hog cholera virus strain, harvesting cell cultures and adding suitable stabilizer followed by lyophilization. Live virus concentration：per dose ≥7500 rabbit infection doses. 

[Properties] The Product appears milk white，spongiform and loose mass in shape, is easily detached from vial wall and solved rapidly after adding diluent. 

[Indications] It is used for prevention of classical swine fever and immunity arises 4 days after vaccination, with 12 months immune period for piglets without maternal antibody after weaning. 

[Dosage and Administration] For intramuscular or hypodermic injection，
1. Dilute the vaccine with suitable amount of diluents according to labeled doses, then inject with 1ml per pig of various ages. 
2. In CSF free areas, it is enough for piglets without maternal antibody to receive one vaccination after weaning. When there are epidemic risks, piglets may be vaccinated respectively at 21-30 days old and 65 days old. 

[Adverse Reactions] Few pigs may have allergic reaction after vaccination. With regard to meat type pigs and pure breed pigs, it is advisable to avoid stress syndrome in immunization .If vomiting, hind limb stiffness, fever, mucosa cyanosis appear in pigs after vaccination, it is recommended to inject remittent as adrenalin etc. Signs can be relaxed 30 minutes after medication. 

[Precaution]
1. The product should be stored and transported in refrigerator below 8℃. 
2. The vaccine shall be finished within 10 days after reception when the storage environment is between 8℃and 25℃. 
3. If it is above 25℃ and there is lack of refrigerators, it is advisable to take the vaccine in ice bottle, and use it immediately. 
4 .The vaccine should be used immediately after dilution when it is below15℃, it should be finished within 6 hours, and when below 15℃, it should be finished within 3 hours . 
5. The used vaccine vials and utensils should be subjected to disinfection treatment.
